Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas revealed that BlackRock has submitted a third amendment to its S-1 registration statement for the 'iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF' to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Analyst Balchunas explained, "According to the documents submitted by BlackRock, management fees have not yet been set for the ETF product," adding, "Considering this is already the third amendment, they are clearly tweaking the document."

He further elaborated on the background of the amendment's submission, stating, "It appears (BlackRock) is making efforts to launch before Goldman Sachs' Bitcoin ETF is introduced."
