SK eternix has signed a large-scale direct Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the sale of renewable energy.

According to a disclosure by SK eternix on the 29th, the company entered into a direct PPA to supply renewable energy to domestic affiliates of major conglomerates, acting as a renewable electricity supplier under the Electric Utility Act. The estimated transaction value of this contract is a total of 502.3 billion won.

According to the contract details, the agreement was signed on May 29, 2026. The contract capacity is 100MW, and the transaction period will run for 25 years from the start date of trading.

However, the actual trading start date will be set as the day direct power trading for the target facility is first conducted. The specific schedule will be announced later through a correction disclosure once it is finalized.
