As of 9:45 a.m. on the same day in the stock market, LG Electronics traded at 279,500 won, up 23.95 percent from the previous day. Early in the session, it soared to 283,500 won at one point, a 25.72 percent increase, recording an all-time high based on its split-adjusted stock price.

LG Group's holding company and major affiliates also rose in tandem. LG Corp recorded 130,000 won, up 12.26 percent, while LG CNS surged 22.26 percent. In addition, LG Display also showed strong performance, rising 9.57 percent.
