According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, Grayscale has submitted Amendment No. 5 for the 'Hyperliquid Staking ETF' to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The ETF's ticker remains 'HYPG', unchanged from before. This amendment retains the original plan to utilize approximately 2 million HYPE as seed assets, which is estimated to be worth around $130 million based on current market prices.
