It has been confirmed that an anonymous user permanently recorded the full text of the US Constitution on the Bitcoin blockchain by paying a fee of approximately $83 (113,454 satoshis).

This data was inscribed at block height 951,492 via the Ordinals protocol. The permanently recorded text was found to include the full text of the US Constitution, including the seven articles, and all 27 amendments.
