According to CoinTelegraph, Sean Bill, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company (BSTR), made a pointed criticism against companies that have adopted the Bitcoin (BTC) acquisition strategy (DAT).

CIO Bill pointed out, "Currently, there are more than a few BTC acquisition strategy (DAT) companies that rely on promotions rather than their actual capabilities."

He added, "Many companies lack an appropriate capital structure and the ability to actually utilize BTC," stating, "They are relying solely on the rise in BTC prices."
