The Personal Information Protection Commission announced that it held the 'My Data On-site Meeting' at Osco in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province on the 29th, in collaboration with the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

During this meeting, the progress of the My Data system across all sectors was shared, and the status of discovering public-friendly My Data services along with the key functions of the support platform were introduced. In particular, the Personal Information Commission introduced the core functions of the 'On My Data' platform, which allows citizens to view their transmitted personal information in one place and directly download or delete it. Additionally, it explained the direction for establishing a foundation for the safe utilization of personal information.

Along with this, as a side event, the commission provided practical, customized support by conducting one-on-one tailored on-site consulting for about 10 companies, including Toss and Hyundai Green Food, which are preparing for designation as specialized personal information management institutions.
